Maybe a few smilies would have helped everyone get the idea ?
Even in a roll up, it is much better etiquette to the groups in front to give them that extra time to get out of reach rather than these guys blasting into the back of them.
Can't believe the OP. Long and wayward and you "might" have an issue, having to hunt on every hole but long and straight is what we're all after isn't it. Even in a roll up, it is much better etiquette to the groups in front to give them that extra time to get out of reach rather than these guys blasting into the back of them all the time, especially if the course was busy and there was nowhere to go. If these guys are newbies I'd be embracing these talented players and getting them involved in club matches but also making them feel welcome, not having someone close to simmering over just because he has to wait.
It bothers me. Can't say it's messed up my round though....just makes it slower in a comp, as you say....
