Logging in to Paypal problems.

I tried to log in to my Paypal account yesterday but first they wanted to confirm it was me.
They said they would phone my landline and give me a code.
I waited....nothing.
I finally found a number to phone and the confirmation was done via my moby. It turns out I am me.:)
Long story short......
Please accept our apologies and have £10 credited to your Paypal account as the problem was at our end.
So if you're also having problems logging in, give them a bell.
Little victories matter :)

Last time I used it I saw that they have now gone to phone confirmation.
I do not know if it is one a time thing as I have not bought anything since.

I think it depends on what the primary number for the account is.

I had one such call via my landline last week, very long number and it said so fast because of the computer generated voice there was no way on noting it.

Can get them to txt your mobile once set up

Easy to read then

I have an app for my authenticator so just use the codes it generates rather than it having to txt me
