I need to give my outside Sauna some treatment this summer, I was going to just use yacht varnish, I’ve never heard of Osmo before but having read the reviews etc I’ll give it a go.👍

Just make sure it's the UV oil that you get as there are several Osmo oils. Ones like PolyX are for interior (floor oil but works fantastic for tables etc).

Yes will do, the link SpongeBob posted is to a UV oil which has a choice of colours, one of which is spruce which is what the Sauna is made of. I’ll place an order in the week.

Colours are tints, rather than being for a specific species of timber. if the timber is in good condition and well coloured as it is, it's best to go with raw or clear.
