Listening to music on range

I always have my headphones in at the range, Blocks other people out and helps me concentrate, When I play on my own sometimes after work during summer I have them in also. Personal preference really eh?

Love music, but much prefer the peace and quiet of an early morning on the course. Surely part of the golfing experience is your surroundings? I can understand why people may do it on the range, maybe to block out too many swing thoughts and get rid of some tension.

I'm going to try the next time I go.

The last time I went I had a kid move into the bay next to me and he NEVER shut up. "This club is so easy to hit", "watch this", "wow, did you see that" etc etc.

I hit balls really slow, and even took a 5 minute break just hoping that he'd finish his balls and bugger off.
Then his Dad (who had the right idea being in a bay about 10 away from him) came over and gave him another token. :(

Headphones are the way forward.
