Hello all, GM equipment editor here.
The Gear Vault team has sprung back into action this week and our first port of call in 2008 is Cleveland's new HiBore XLS driver - the very latest unusual driver shape to hit the office. See what we thought of it as we battled the worst wind in golf (against and off the left!) in this new video:-

Best of luck on the course for 2008

I wouldnt mind one of those.

Good video chaps.

Ps. Tell luke to keep his weight a bit more onto his right side on his back swing and keep the right knee flexed
, he looks in danger of reverse pivoting!!

take care!

Ahhhhh i wondered why i got a bargain when I picked up my new hi-bore driver.

The old one is good, it's taking me a while to get used to but when I hit it sweet it feels like a really powerful club, although not very forgiving, but it looks as though they have improved this with the new model.

I love these videos.....instant relay on an 8mb/s download.....rock on!

Sounds good, looks ok, might put it in the mix with the hyper X and NVG2.

Hmmm.....my life is such a dilema of tough choices!!!

I agree on Luke's swing getting into RP territory, also think Jes looks a bit flat footed

though to be fair to them they both look like the give it a decent crack
