Last solo round

Play 9 holes regularly in the summer on my own but never ever playing while keeping score. I hit as many shots as humanly possible in that time.

I spent 3 hours last year and only made it to the 6th green. Course was dead and let a few people through when they arrived behind me.

I doubt I've ever kept score and played 18 holes.

Monday afternoon, play with people at weekends, but if I get a chance to get there midweek and no one is about, I'll just crack on.

I also find that there are just to many high handicappers getting in my way and slowing me down, who frankly should not be on the course at all. So to avoid those I play on my own. ;)

Majority of my practice rounds in the summer are solo due to working shifts of 8-3:30 or 11:30-7. Probably 3 solo's and 1 with friends. They are only 9 though, couldnt play 18 on my own though, I would get bored, I need the conversation to keep me going haha!

Only ever play 9 holes on my own at my own course in the summer evenings for a bit of practice. Sometimes play 18 if I'm on holiday or away with work and there's a course worth playing. But to be honest I get a bit bored of my own company playing 18 holes without anyone else.

Probably at least once a month (maybe twice)
If work/life is getting a bit stressful I find that a solo twighlight round on a Sunday does the trick. Last man in, with some chillout tunes on my headphones - just the tonic.
Then a wee beer in the house whilst I edit Game Golf

Went out as a 2-ball last Sunday and remarked that I only do that 3-4 times a year (normally 4-ball is std due to carts but occasional 3-ball) and it got me thinking that I hadn’t been out for a full round as a single for ages, turns out it was over three years ago for a round on my birthday (& even then the wife was with me watching)

When I started playing pretty much every round was as a single for the first year or more until I got my brother interested in playing, and quite surprised to think back about playing solo & while it has some benefits i'm not sure I've missed it too much

How long ago/often, do you play a full round solo? (not a few practice holes after work)

A few days ago I had my best ever round. I was on my own and there was no one to see it

When it's lighter in the evenings I'll play 2-3 times a week on my own. Sometimes 9, sometimes 18, depending if the course is busy or not. Mainly because I never know exactly when I'll be playing so I'll just rock up and go out.

Usually bump into someone I know mid round and we'll join up.

But I do like the occasional round on my own. I spend all day talking to people and sometimes I just enjoy a bit of peace and quiet with my own company.

Very, very rarely. Occasionally slip out of an evening in the summer but will drag Jr along. Do like to be on a peaceful course but it's nicer to share the experience.

Prefer to play on my own so I can do what the hell I like. Be as quick as I like or as long as I like, hit 2-3 balls, try different shots, work on short game, tee shots etc.

The last 9 hole round I played solo was on Monday. Due to the very wet conditions, our course only had 9 holes open on that day, or I might have played more! This was mainly because I had a doctors appointment in the morning, about an hour after most of my friends tee off on Mondays morning, so there was nobody left around that I could play with. Still enjoyed it though. :)

a quick nine of a weekday evening was very often a solo game for me ,i wouldnt bother trying to get someone to play with as i enjoyed the hitting of the odd muligan as and when i duffed a shot.
putting would also be a couple of balls from different places.
