Mate of mine has suggested we try this next year with our wives and the reviews of the resort are encouraging except the course which comes out as being tough, tricky and hard.

So question is for those of you who have played there, will it be too much for our OH's who play off 23 and don't hit it that far?

Cheers (y)

I played it three years ago when staying with friends who have a holiday home northern Cyprus. It’s hard to put yourself in a woman’s place when considering distance, but my friend’s wife is 70 and has played there several times, so there is no reason why your wives shouldn’t enjoy it too. It is a little hilly in places, so a buggy might be worthwhile ... especially if it’s hot. Interesting couple of holes early on (from memory 3 and 4, but I could be wrong), where there is a sheer drop ravine to the left followed by a par three with a tee shot across the same ravine (but with an easier option to the side if you can’t carry the green). Have fun if you do play it.
