Knee injuries

MRI results today, ACL ruptured, knee joint is in good shape. Going to build the muscle up and have little physio .. then go and win some comps 🤣

How the hell did u drive home ?
I couldn’t get up off the floor .
My mate was a pro international footballer he’s just had his knee replaced , gained 20 yrs off the tee and is now off four from eight.
Should be classed as artificial aids ,lol.

I really dont know but I knew it was a bad'n. The only footballer I knew to have one repaired back then was Paul Gascoigne. I often see a former Liverpool player at my range, that big fat lump Neil Ruddock, I played with his brothers back in the day and Neil was bought to watch by his dad most weeks.

I havent read all of the replies but I have a partially torn meniscus which gets better then goes again, I play golf quite normally but every now and again on the downswing I will get a jolt of pure pain which has dropped me to the floor once or twice.

I have linked it to a bad swing fault where I tend to sway onto the right side rather than turn so hopefully you can avoid this.
