Played the semi-finals of our matchplay today (pairs) I had decided that we should play our own game for the first 3 holes then ge into team mode.

Managed to play par-birdie-par-par-par. Not bad for a 19 man, more-so when I played 3&5 I played 3I off the tee, then wedge - on the 2nd I hit the wedge to 3 foot and the 5th I put it to 5 foot.

In short it's simple so I tried to leave myself 100meters and just went for middle of the green.

Lesson learnt, in the final I will be hitting a lot of Irons off the tees.
