If only it was that easy Bob. I had 3 of them on Sunday, I'll accept one of them was my fault, but the other 2 was like the worst luck I have ever had.
Hit a good tee shot that jumps left, just runs off the fairway and sits down ankle deep in Bermuda grass. Got a good strike on it and it caught a flier and went 10 yards through the green. Play a nice shot out of more ankle deep rough that runs past the hole, goes up the slope as I intended it to do and then just sits on the top of it, instead of coming back down it. Tickle my putt that runs 10 foot past then 2 stab in for a double. The other double was along similar lines. Add in 2 putts that horseshoed round the hole, what god damn chance do I have of shooting a low score.
That just about sums up how my game has been over the last few weeks. Not doing much wrong, but still unable to shoot a good score.
