Having a big problem with my fingers and wrist on my lead hand ( left).

Has anyone tried the jumbo route for this.
Watching YouTube there’s a lot of content but it’s very conflicting.

I’m going to buy one and put it on my 5 wood to see how it works.
Any advice would be good .

Once the grip gets too big for me it tends to cause a push. Even causes a problem with a mid size on a .600 butt shaft.
I have a bit of a pull so might be the answer to this.

I’m going to get three
Driver
Hybrid
6 iron and se how they go for the rest of the winter.

I use mid size and have tried Jumbo, as stated watch the swing weight , it may feel okay but it’s how you perceive the head position through the swing that affects your sequence.. but equal it all out and yes these grips really look after your hands. I would say though they can over promote hand movement in the swing but that’s a personal thing.

My lad has suffered finger pains from golf for a long while. He tried my Lamkin Crosslines in jumbo, and likeing them went even further and got these https://jumbomax.com/products/jumbomax-jmx-ultralite
They are quite tacky and big:)
The weight of these is amazing. I'm currently using the Golf Pride CPX Midsize grip and it's 66g according to the website. The heaviest one of these is only 50g which is roughly the same as a standard Tour Velvet grip. I might give those a try.

I use midsize now.

I’m getting three jumbomax tomorrow I’m going to use them for the rest of the winter.

If I can get used to them great but if I can’t ajust it’s back to the drawing board.

My wrist is quite bad so something needs to change.

I played 18 holes today with the three clubs I regripped.

Hit the ball very well with the new grips.
I have never had a big release so think these might be fine.
It was cold and wet underfoot so distance was hard to gauge but the strike was there.
My chipping with the 7 iron was really good

Order another 10 grips so going all in Bryson.
Not cheap mind £220 😳

I got some irritation in the tendon of my left ring finger when I swapped back from midsize to regular in my woods, I'd definitely upsize rather than go the tape route which will likely have the opposite effect.

Probably stating the obvious, but get a freezable hand glove thing from Amazon, they work wonders, and take some ibuprofen (y)

Ring finger and thumb is one of the main indicators of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Have you been tested ?

Seen the hand surgeon yesterday and I have a cyst in my Triquateral bone but the main diagnosis is Arthritus.
I’m on intensive phisio so light at the end of the tunnel

He told me to ditch the Ibuprofen .

To be honest this is the first time it has flared up. I've been playing golf every day for the last 10 days or so as I've been playing a big AM competition over in the US, so I would imagine it's likely an overuse injury and probably indicating my grip pressure has got a touch on the high side again.

If I can't shake it in the next 4 weeks or so I'll get it checked, real PITA.
