Jose sacked

If he went to Villa and kept them in the P/L this year I would be impressed.

It goes to show how difficult it is to be top 4 every year so Arsene is actually doing a good job.

Jose is short term for any club because he moves on or gets moved on but he gets results and titles wherever he goes and there is always a President or Owner that will give him a go.

I believe he will take a break and weigh up some options.

Hiddink the favourite with the bookies to return.

Ranieri being given odds also.

Roman likes giving someone a second go.

A certain manager still has Chelsea's best win rate of recent times.

Still hope for Rafa yet.:whoo:

It was inevitable and he'd clearly lost the players. However at Chelsea, in particular, the players seem to rule and so its going to be hard to see who can come in and gain control, respect and then keep it. I would hope they get rid of some of the worse offenders in the summer and begin to rebuild.

Be a shame if they got relegated too... maybe they should bring the doc back in. Went down hill after she went.

Think your spot on there, dreadful way she was dealt with, hope Raneiri doesn't go back after the way he was treated also.

Club with no class.

Always a bad time to loose your job just before Christmas what with all the worry of buying presents etc. especially as he'll only get £9.5m golden handshake. It'll be tough!

Chelsea were too quick to sack him, who are they going to get in who can do any better? Diego Simeone is the only option imo as someone hard enough to take on the ego players at Chelsea.

Given the amount of success he's had, I'm surprised he was sacked at this stage.
The problem with the modern game is that the players have far too much power and are paid ridiculous amounts of money.

And therein lies the problem. Chelsea and United in particular (not sure about the latter so much these days but definitely in recent years) player power has ruled and cost managers their job. That can't be right and Jose lost the current dressing which showed on their performances on the pitch. Why aren't players more accountable?
