It goes to show how difficult it is to be top 4 every year so Arsene is actually doing a good job.

Jose is short term for any club because he moves on or gets moved on but he gets results and titles wherever he goes and there is always a President or Owner that will give him a go.

However at Chelsea, in particular, the players seem to rule and so its going to be hard to see who can come in and gain control, respect and then keep it. And therein lies the problem. Chelsea and United in particular (not sure about the latter so much these days but definitely in recent years) player power has ruled and cost managers their job. That can't be right and Jose lost the current dressing which showed on their performances on the pitch. Why aren't players more accountable?
