simple fact of the matter is, jose was right. one of the players could lose their head and also the ball boy shouldn't be unduly delaying the match.

he had a word in his ear, he didn't castigate the young lad in front of everyone. you can read from the young lads hand gesture that he knew he was doing wrong and had been caught.

there is a lot I don't like about jose but this incident isn't one of them.

Heading down to La Defense area as the town in greater Paris where I am (Argenteuil) is one where you are advised against wandering the streets in the evenings or going into the local bars - though you'd probably be OK. But only ten minutes tram to La Defense so may as well go where it will be busy and safe.
