When you become successful again you end up with nob head plazzy fans like Tarquin from Tunbridge Wells who like to jump on the band wagon, sadly it happens at every club look at chelsea pre Abramovic they couldn't sell out the weekly raffle never mind the bridge.

People will always associate themselves with success, that's why there are huge coach parks at Manure & Pool due to their 'history', but, I hear they've got them ear marked to build some pound shops on :smirk:

Most my 'old school' crowd only attend away matches and Europe, like I did for a few years before I took up golf, other than certain high profile home games against Spurs and the pikeys. I don't enjoy home games any more, they moved us all out of MH Lower too much when the West Stand was being built and even after competition for cup games and it broke a lot of us up and its taking a while to get season tickets back in their.

Its alright Fishy you won't have to worry about coach parks, when all the cockney reds jib going to Old Trafford next season the tubes will be full of them heading the bridge instead :whoo:

Theyll just divert to Liverpool in a couple of years. I t really get the jibes of glory hunters from fellow fans. All clubs want fans for money. More success equals more fans, equals more money to sustain success. Interestingly though, pretty sure both manc teams have set records for anpttencpdances when in the lower leagues. Obv can't compare to pool as not been down for quite some time!

speaking of Chelsea and plastic flags. Imagine Anfield had recreated your European atmosphere for the league more often. You might not be hoping to end a 20 year wait.........
