Honest to God I'm fed up to the back teeth with all this. I know in his day he was a great musical talent and its a sad loss but this is just getting out of hand.
Getting on for 2 weeks after he died and its still front page news. The other day he got on the news before the 2 Soldiers who got killed. This madness has got to stop.

I can agree to a certain extent but its what his fans want.
His music was more powerfull than most weopans of war! His following is so huge, that the papers/media know it will sell.
The problem isn't with too much Jackson coverage, its too little other important stuff!
Jade Goody, that was a farce, But not THE king of pop.

What really hacked me off was a quote by someone called Usher. Which as far as I was aware was a job title, but nevermind.
I quote. "With music, he (Michael Jackson) made it possible for people like Oprah Winfrey and Barack Obama to impact the mainstream world."
And from some bloke who doesn't understand punctuation. Will.I.Am

Now I'm sorry. MJ is not, sorry was not, Martin Luther King.
He made some catchy pop tunes with the real genius, that is Qunincy Jones.

HID was watching downstairs and everytime I popped down for a drink it looked more like a black rights rally than a memorial service. I wasn't a huge fan after Thriller and Bad but recognise his talent. We've paid our rspects now lets get back to a semblance of order and look at the bigger picture like our troops dying, 7/7 and the global economy

I wish I could say I cared, but I don't. This guy was widely regarded by the press and his peers as a paedophile and a freak, but now they are all faking their love and adulation. His death, which appears to involve his regular use of proprofol, a drug used as an an anaesthetic, is just another bizarre twist.
