It is quite surprising how many golfers post their best round of the year in the 3 clubs and a putter competition.
Quite like the OP's thoughts, IMO indecision over a club causes many a bad shot.

I use 13 myself. Have 52 and 58 in the wedges so room for change that end. Had been thinking of going 50/54/58 but could actually end up confusing myself. my PW is is 46 so gap to 52 is only thing that bothers me sometimes. I don’t mind the 6 degree gap up to the 58, probably not hitting full shots there though

It would be a fun experiment I think to have a draw biased driver & a fade biased driver. Probably an opportunity for re-loads!

Nothing really, just thought if there was a chance to utilise the 14 club rule with a beneficial club, I would use it.

Never thought of that! Not really superstitious, but something to blame when I have a bad round I suppose

Srixon A wedge 50 degree with modus tour 105 reg shaft to match my iron shafts and forged MACLEAONARD heads - needed to replace my XR pro stiff 49 degree A wedge.

Gap 47 degree to 50 but forged should give me a little more space in distance. onwards
