My cast is off and im in my walking boot....Still a long way to go but it means that i can at least get up to the course and limp around the practice greens and the putting green...

Im a long way off from caining my driver but its the first step to getting some decent short game practice in........

At the moment Neutral and very sore.....But im progressing which is the main thing i suppose.

Ya ill have plenty of that Amanda....This is the 2nd time iv done this....I had the same injury on the right leg just over 2 years ago

No Pal.........Iv had this before on my right leg.....Your never fully recovered as the percentage for a re rupture is very high but it takes about 9 - 12 months to get a decent level of strength back in the leg....

Congrats I know that is what you were hoping for. Are you in a Don Joy boot now? When let loose in normal footwear watch out for kerbs as you know it's the most vulnerable time.

Ya pal....Steps and stairs and the real sneaky ones are steep tee boxes when wet ....

This is the boot im in for the next few weeks......
