It looks like a little different.

All you get in a fish and chip shop in Scotland is mars bars. How does that work?

It's quite simple....

You say "Gie's a Mars Bar, Mate!"
He retrieves a mars bar from behind the counter and replies " There ye go, big man! That's 50 pence"
You take the proffered confection and tender the appropriate payment in return. Transaction complete.
It's customary to then exchange pleasantries with the bloke in the chippy before leaving to consume yer prize.

How does it work south of the border? :D

I got some steak pies from one of my customers and they have a little bit of black pudding at the bottom ... mmmmmmmmm ........ delightful !!!!!!

never heard of that one but sounds terrific.
will they fit in an envelope?

haven't seen a decent scotch pie or any white pudden in yonks either.

Anybody watch Man on Fire the other night with Densel Washington, great film.

Anyone else had snow today?

Is that the film that also stars Russell Crow..? Either way mot seen it.

Had rain, sleet snow.... all of which bloomin' freezin', couldn't feel my hands by the 13th green. Yet scored the best I've done all week (points wise & total score)...go figure.

Infact at one point on the 15th green there was torential rain with snow gently falling at the same time... very odd indeed.
