To hand in a transer request at your club and say you want to leave for whatever reason then a couple of days later after "talks with the club" withdraw it and commit your future to the club!

Football is becoming more ridiculous every week! Had the whole Rooney affair a few weeks back, followed by those crooks at FIFA obviously putting lining their own pockets before the good of the game with the 2018 / 2022 World Cup results, and now Tevez.

Rugby every time for me now.

Had a mate who tried that at work years back. He was quite a valued member of staff and he walked into the Boss's office and said he'd been offered a job at a better salary at a competitor.
THe Boss just thanked him for his time working and suggested he clear out his desk and take a couple of weeks off before starting.

No loyalty in Footy these days. But there's somuch at stake, the bigger players have got it made.

it was a great result for us on monday, we just need to kick on from here now.

i think tevez will still leave in january or the summer, i cant see him being a city player next season
