It is utter pish,I really do not know how ClubSystems get away with this pile of crap.

Clubs are paying for this service and we as members are paying indirectly for it yet every time I go on it takes an age to get in and takes an age to do anything,it really is a total disgrace but sums the company up.

Howdididont is what it should be called.............utter garbage, complaints have been made on numerous occasions to the company from frustrated clubs and members and promises made yet we appear no further forward.

Rant over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That you complaining again?

:ears:

All joking aside, it is slow as feck!

The actual service provided is great, the stats and result tracking etc

BUT it has always been slow, one of the slowest websites I frequently visited. One day I hope its addressed, I would not call it the worst site:

It is well laid out, as in the links work and its easy to navigate
Its informative and fun to use
Its easy to register and widely used by its target community (ie golf clubs and golfers)

I have seen many worse from big companies, OK those sites are fast but are a nightmare to get around!

They made a big song and dance a while ago about how they'd improved their speed but recent months have been dire.

As soon as the weekend is over and people want to see their results it just can't cope.

It's obvious that the highest traffic is going to be after competition weekends so they should gear up to deal with that if they want to be taken seriously.

To borrow that Scottish phrase, utter pish!

I hope you've paid the copyright fee to utilise that phrase!!!

I hate all of there stuff,we have problems almost daily with their stuff at work,it is utter pish.

A company that were market leaders but have not progressed over the last 5 years IMO.

Pish.

Pretty much every club uses it now, its almost expected! They should know of this extra traffic, get the money on from sponsorship (rather than raising subscription costs) and get the speed issue sorted!

I can imagine it must get thousands upon thousands of hits a day (or even per hour in some cases)

With regards to their EPOS stuff a fair few are leaving because of the issues that are common. If we had the cash I would shift to Jonas in a flash.

They really get on my tits as a company.....can you tell??!!:smirk:

Hmmmm

Yep the site is alway a bit slow at the weekend as they are downloading all the weekend comps, but one thing for sure is them boys at HDID whooped your lots sorry arses @ Rosemount

Must have better golfer on that site:rofl:

more than 200 a year?

We don't use the handicapping where I work but for 2 x Epos tills it's ridiculous considering how crap the product is....well into 4 figures....just as well their support isn't bad but everytime you call them you'll wait an average of 15 minutes which says it all about their products.

Pish.
