had great fun today - first swing for 3 weeks. 27 points for 16 holes - felt better than that as I hit a few really good shots but really cocked up the par 5s! Only a few spots of rain was a great result - and a few Peroni's in the bar! And, we won!

Played today, worst day of the year, heavy squalls of hailstones but completed round. Tomorrow looks a lot better.

I was really looking forward to it today. Hit the ball well in practice last night. Total knob golf from the moment the first shot went OB. Did manage a birdie at the 4th but that was it. Really strong wind didn't help but it kept dry. Round in 3 1/2 hours on a Saturday morning as a 3 ball which is pretty quick for our place. Surprising given how many shots I had

Was delighted not to be playing today here! Lashing it down this morning and blowing a hooly. Plus spoke to my mate who took 5 hours to get round! God knows what was going on up there, I would have walked off.

Out tomorrow at 8am, cold but sunny forecast so looking forward to a social game, although sure there will be a few quid at stake

After a days house-hunting I need the fresh air.....
