Well done on stopping smoking! I did the same when I took up golf.

The Di7 Irons are a good set, but they have got the numbers on the irons wrong, The 8 iron has the specification of a 9 iron etc.

It seems people are getting X20s for £300+ on Ebay which seems a bargin, but I do worry with Callaway gear and the stigma that goes with it.

Life as a non smoker is great, I still feel strange but I am sure that will pass, the thought of a set of irons is keeping me going.

parmo,
It will be a little while yet before the strangeness wears off but it will. It will be a while longer before taste changes, you'll think that odd then realise it's supposed to taste like that. Keep going.

You haven't said, are you doing this cold turkey?

Well I have read Allen Carrs Easy way, I was very over confident last year after reading it and started smoking again on holiday after being a non smoker for 3 weeks!! So I just re-read the book and stopped, the brainwashing part is the worst and reconising the triggers and over coming them.

Fourth day today and I am trying to book tomorrow as holiday to get on the course since the weather is looking half decent.
