Iphone 6s v 6s Plus

I use my 6s iphone as my Sat Nav daily, I'm always on the internet day & night with so many alerts off here, take loads of pictures daily and I only have 1GB and although I get close, it's more than enough, in fact I bought my 6s for £100 which was only 3 months old and I have a monthly £10 Goodybag, life is good

I should add, i never use wifi, 4G is way faster. 1GB? My lad who is 6 uses more data! Up your game man!!

6 for me + is way to big to carry in pockets when not wearing a jacket. Performance wise 6 lasts me all day plus I'm on my backside most of the day in a wifi office so don't use much data either. 6 is also probably about the limit you can get away with surfing in boring meetings without anyone next to you noticing.

Homer, I have a 20GB a month contract and i use my phone A LOT! This month (until 18th Dec) i have 12.27GB left, so i have used about 35% ish. My wife has a 5GB contract and she gets close to the limit every month. I would say an average person, 10GB should be ample.

Cheers for that. Decent ball park figure to base some quotes on

I've just had the same dilemma.

Apart from size and weight, the battery life is much better on the plus, as well as it having optical image stabilisation on the camera. The latter is only going to make a significant difference in low light situations though.

Obviously the screen on the plus is bigger, but both have the same number of pixels per inch so its just bigger, not better.

The plus can also rotate to landscape on the home pages, and some apps may be different in landscape, such as the email app being split screen like an iPad.

I was mulling the decision over for about a month, and for most of it I was leaning towards the plus, but had a last minute change of heart and bought a 6S.

Even the 6S looks big compared to my old iPhone 5. I decided I didn't want to risk regretting the size of the plus even though the battery life almost clinched it for me.

I really really like the 6s plus as well but I think I will order the 6s and possibly one of these cases below. I know that its ugly (the case) but it will give me the extra battery life that I will no doubt need. Also I will need a case anyway, it might as well have a battery in it.

I also quite like the fact that the case lightning connector gets all of the wear and tear instead of the phone connector.

Don't forget to put your screen scratch protector film on, it really does help, mine would be a right mess by now without it, even in a case!

6s here and it's both big enough and practicle, I've no need for my phone to be any bigger. On a lighter note I've heard some girl's saying that the plus helps when applying your make up

Re: It's battery ... It came with a charger and on occassion I switch over to Low Power Mode etc, never any drama

Pretty sure I've spotted LiverpoolPhil putting his lip gloss on with it :smirk:

I can't comment on the performance of either but when I got the G5 it seemed to big for a couple of days, but now I couldn't go back to a smaller screen and use it instead of the laptop for most stuff.
