iPhone 4s - Help!

My company is probably going to issue me with an iPhone 4s. How do I save myself from GPS/Golf App Attack?

I can already feel a slight urge to ask about best apps to download (if that's the correct terminology). How do I protect myself from this scourge - my integrity will be shattered

I find that GPS Golf apps on the Iphone 4s are futile as they drain the battery in 2 hours

which is fine if you want to play 9 holes

I have a skycaddie 2.5 that does the job

I can however recommend Stick golf and Flick golf as little games if one finds oneself waiting around

Why not spend a pound or 2 and try one of them? You know it can't be used in a comp, so it's not going to be a permanent 'solution'. But if tried in a bounce games or 2, it could well allow you to try it out and see whether there are some circumstances where it can help? And you can then post with the authority of having actually given it a proper test run too!
