After 10 rounds in the 70's, playing well, hitting the ball well and scoring well wednesday and today just summed up this bloody game.
86 wednesday, 85 today. Barely a good shot between them.
Got a heavy cold so I'm blaming that - it must affect your balance or something.........

I remember trying to play when I was ill once, made it 11 holes before I almost collapsed. Had to get help back to the club house from the marshal and they then gave the wrong person withdrawn through injury, to be fair we had similar last names and I don't think anyone checked.

Its never nice to be DQed and even worse when you have a valid excuse that would have been shown with the results!
