Ignore list ?

When i was in changing the time settings this morning i noticed this list again,

Now I DO NOT WANT TO KNOW who anyone has or had on their ignore list just wondering if many have actualy used it , does it mean you dont see any of their posts or what function does it actualy perform ?
If someone puts you on ignore do you know if they dont tell you ?

If some nice soul could add a poll to this say .. have you used the IGNORE function yes or no it might make it simpler

I wouldnt for a second even try to offend anyone James , i sometimes ignore different threads but if the thread intrests me il read everyones comments ..

I have used it although not currently.
All you get is "you are ignoring this user" in space where their post is...

and when they are 'quoted' you can see their post anyway, or if they aren't then curiosity gets the better of you and you un-ignore them

I did not even know there was an ignore button, So Nope never used it and have no intention of.

I have been known to ignore a few then as above curiosity gets the better, I un-ignore then can;t be bothered to ignore again

its a bit like cutting your sky tv package then going through the planner & suddenly see something you want to watch and you cant as no longer subscribe argggggggghhhh

I used it once hoping that the poster would just be invisible.

As others said, you just get a message in the place of the post saying this user is ignored, and I defy anyone to not let curiosity get the better of them and un-ignore them.
