...find a good physio.

I've struggled for quite a while with a bad back/walking. Been to a few physio's and not really experienced much benefit. Went to see one on Wednesday that had been recommended, and suffered the death of a thousand cuts. At one point I asked him if it was the bed that had just cracked or was it my back... it was my back, and bu99er me gently on the raggy end of a pineapple it smarted a tadge!

Today I played my first round in over 4 years pain free!!

Good to hear hobbit, im fortunate the physio I see used to be the physio for Northampton Saints rugby club and is excellent, that said he may need to be again as my calf is a tad sore again today having made it out for the first time in ages lol

I have physio twice a week for my knee. Snapped my ACL over a year ago, and even though they "fixed" it at the hospital, it doesnt work too well. Shouldnt really be playing golf, but what else am I supposed to do??
