If you had £200 to spend on Golf Stuff what would you buy?

Cart bag
5 wood
Sunglasses (as the sun is soooo strong in Glasgow)

Or just be daft and put voucher towards a set of Nike pro combo irons

Absolutely none of the above are required....but that's how it goes - isnt it ?

new shooooooos!!
actually bought a pair today - Footjoy AQL with a lovely blue saddle - and velcro. I found £80 for the edinburgh golfing lady shop lurking in a dark corner in the kitchen - had forgotten all about the voucher!

happy days indeed! ;)

Had a nice suprise in the post this morning a £200 American Golf Voucher.

It was for a review for next months mag on my Mizuno carry bag, very nice thanks GM.

But what to spend it on don't need anything as such, so what would you buy if you had £200 to burn?

Well I'm STILL waiting for my £200 AG vouchers for review of the month for last month's mag. :(

missed out on loads of offers and deals during that time, so just getting the things in my sticky mitts will be an acihevement, never mind spending them...

In answer to the OP, wedges.

I got my £50 voucher, Thanks GM & AG for reviewing my superb Stewart Golf waterproof carry bag. I went into AG last Sunday and TBH 50 quid goes nowhere on golf gear as we all know but I managed to get 3 doz of my fave Wilson DX2's an Under Armour cap and a bag of tee's. A nice haul for a few lines on the review section. If I had won £200 I'd have gone straight to the Galvin Green section and bought some new waterproofs.

I'm on 7 pairs now Dunc - might be a bit excessive!
I also bought some cleats and am about to turn the kitchen sink into a grassy muddy mess while i clean my oldest pair of shoooooos and give them a new lease of life with fancy yellow, green and black cleats ;)

Only 7? You're a mere amateur compared to pair of shoes a hole Homer

s ;)

nope - it's only excessive if you get to the end of the season without wearing them all!

I've just ditched 2 pairs, so I'm back to only 6 pairs now - 2 AQLs, 2 Sports, Synergy and Softjoys, but that will so for now (maybe....)

I threw 2 pairs out! I was on 9 ;)
My very first pair of golf shooos were hitecs which cost about 20 notes - they lasted half a season before splitting. then i moved to addidas - which were too narrow for my feet, but i did love them. then i tried ecco - terrible
now am a footjoy AQL convert and wont get anything else! I have 4 pairs of them and adore them! ;)
