....................but I came out of my local golf shop with a new electric trolley, cart bag.......................oh and some new irons!

To be fair I needed the trolley and cart bag and got a really good deal.

My irons have been bugging me for a while (MX19s). They have served me well over the past year or so. But I just don't like looking down on the chunkiness. I therefore cleaned them up and took them with me.....you know.....just in case

I tried several irons in the shop - Taylormade tour burners, Titleist 775s, Wilson Ci7...but I fell in love with the Srixon I-701s. Forged, Nippon pro shafts, Lamkin grips...stunning.

Tried them out and hit everything out of the middle....amazing feel. Tade in deal made them a snip for a set of forged beauties.

So obviously i'll take them out tomorrow and hack it round like a nutter

....funnily enough no! haha

I won't tell you how much I spent, but it wasn't an obsene amount. The deals just kept coming! I bet there were a few 'high fives' amongst the staff after I left though

Did you get custom fit to them?
