Two FJ GTXtreme golf gloves. I think it's one of the better gloves I've used in recent years so going back to it.
Where you would likely see the biggest difference is on the course...2 new wedges.
Current wedges were about 10 years old, I was curious about whether popular opinion that grooves rule out is true, so last November I had a little session on the GC4 launch monitor at my club. Tried out new vokeys, TM high toe and my old Mizunos, with the intention of getting properly fit and setting gaps etc. All traditional style forged blades.
The results? On pitches up to 60 yards there was no difference in spin. On full shots I could see spin was lower with the old clubs, not much though. All 3 felt very similar, so at £160 for a Vokey and £150 for the TM I hesitated. Then I saw Mizuno T22 for sale at £75 each in a black Friday deal. Sod it I just went and bought the same 54 and 58 specs as my old wedges.
Didn't see the point in putting new wedges into play during winter, where every shot stops dead regardless of spin, so put them in the loft and forgot about them. I've been using them for a couple of weeks now and wow they are grippy. Launch is much lower but they check up so quickly, even on short little chips. What a difference, and the copper finish on the 58 looks lovely.

Old wedges and moisture do not make for decent spin....they can lose as much as 50% compared to new grooves...
Did the “spring has sprung” Limited Edition ones not take your fancy?

I like the look of them, but the price tag is eye watering
Lovely!!
What in name of the wee man are those?
I keep seeing that as well, made by 'Finalputt' or something, on the ads I see. Was tempted as well to stop my flailing elbow on the backswing, but I didn't bother. Tell me if it's any good please!I bought one of the arm band training aid things that keep both arms connected during swing.
Totally duped by a YouTube video that has you believe you’ll start flushing everything now.
Do feel like I can get a bit chicken wingy sometimes though so see if it helps any

Can't think why......Pryme Golf, short lived company from the 1970s based in Cambridge.
They work if they're what you need - if that makes sense. Be careful your not taking someone elses medicineI keep seeing that as well, made by 'Finalputt' or something, on the ads I see. Is that just the band things you put over both elbows and helps them feel connected? Think I paid about £5 for them once but they felt like I was getting my blood pressure taken so binned them off.I keep seeing that as well, made by 'Finalputt' or something, on the ads I see.
