I bought today.....

Well I definitely have a buying problem, I shouldn’t be allowed work days where I have nothing to do as I just spend.

I’ve developed a massive thing for 90s Retro golfing attire in the last few weeks so on Vinted today I’ve bought!

Navy blue Nike Golf Wind breaker long sleeve circa late 90s Tiger at the Open. (£4)

Royal blue Nike Pebble Beach Short sleeve 1/4 zip Wind breaker. (£12)

Black Cutter & Buck 1/4 zip short sleeve wind breaker. (£9)

1997 Corduroy Congressional US Open hat. (£7)

2 pairs of Ralph Lauren golf chinos (£30
As a bundle deal)

All brand new with tags for the princely sum of £78 including all postage fees.

I’m watching so many more items on there. I’m feeling bringing back the 90s vibe this year. I’m looking at getting a Greg Norman cowboy hat to, even if I look stupid I figure sod it, it’s about having fun and being comfortable.

I do love a bit of retro wear, however, much like some of the YouTubers and anyone buying Malbon, you do look an absolute pillock playing most courses in 'real life'.

Unless you're 17, or a plus 2 handicap...

Good job I don’t mind looking like a pillock ☺️

Well if I could lose 4 shots to get to plus 2 would that have me accepted for what I wear!

It’s a good job I don’t play to look cool or be accepted by others , I do what makes me happy and I’m comfortable in myself that I don’t really care what people think☺️

Everyone cares what others think, or we would all wear slacks from Marks & Spencer and a polo from the bargain bucket at TK Maxx.

But, as I always say - my hobby, my money, my choice...

Oh …. I pride myself on my financial prudence.
Although I did buy 3 footjoy polos because I was going on a work trip with 4 stops in Europe in 4 days.

I’m currently sitting here in Teemu joggers and £10 polo from County Golf…

And me, in a Very khaki tee shirt and shorts from Asda.

But I am in my home.

Playing in Surrey tomorrow, forecast fine, so have prepped grey FJ pants, sky blue PM polo, long sleeved PM navy zip up, light PM navy gilet and a long sleeved PM waterproof 1/4 zip just in case. Navy GFore shoes to matchy matchy.

Back late, playing early in the Winter League final, so a couple of options made ready, depending on the weather when I wake up.

But, there'll be those who look like their 3 year old son has dressed them, with stuff never seen an iron or bottle of Confort.

As said - your hobby, your choice.

Probably best to wear some trousers over those pants, most clubs have a dress code! 😉

Pants is a modern word for underpants. Pants is a term for trousers I've used all my life

You can't go all posh on me, trying to make a funny, on a forum after telling us you wear cheap crap :ROFLMAO:

Go on, pile on. It makes me p1ss my pants (enough wee to soak my boxers and trousers to avoid confusion).
