Slazenger Supremo by S. Ballesteros, see advert (April 1986) and pics below.
2 to SW, condition not too bad, there's some bag chatter from what must be a soft forging but the faces are pretty good, 7, 9 and SW shown.
Profile picture is of the 2, 4, 6 & 8 irons.
R300 shafts and disintegrating half cord grips.
Hopefully the link to Seve discussing the name with Jack Nicklaus will work too!

This grip brings back memories - when I first started with a beginner lesson at age 14 ish, I'm sure my dad got me a single 6 iron that had this grip on it.

They seem to harden up and start cracking more quickly than any other old grip I find, and they're buggers to get off!

When I asked a pro about a three wood, there was a bit of a deal we were sorting out between us. I asked about a G425 and mentioned the G430 was too much for me. He gave me a price and asked me if I was interested. I was. I could have fell through the floor when he turned up with a G430. I nearly did a cartwheel. That said what I gave him he was over the moon with. All that said, I had a smash on the driving range with a G425 3 wood and loved it and yet Ave never hit a G430 so fingers crossed.
Ave a guy picking me G410 3 wood up tomorrow which I loved and my 410 hybrid is for sale. Oddly enough I could never get on with that and is like new For its age.

took this out today even though its 1" (45.5) longer than my rdx absolutely loved it.
Feels much more chilled out, dont have to swing for the fences to get it working. with the extra inch, i also seem to be finding the middle of the face more often than not.

I have one of these and to suggest it’s transformed my putting is an understatement - easily shaved 2 or 3 shots off a round.

Although mine’s silver….don’t know if that makes a difference?
