Has to be good for the European tour although it will make it easier for a US golfer to play in the race to dubai and still be a full member of their own tour (it will be an extra co sanctioned event)

I think it's great news personally.
This brings another top class field and tournament away from the USA. Golf as we all know is growing globally and in particular the Asian countries so why not give it a big boost to help it along.

It's about time the WORLD Golf Champs went somewhere other than the USA. This has to be a good move, I also think one should be in Europe and one should move around to places like South Africa, Australia and Japan. Then they would be truly World events.

Good move for the tour.
It has to be a good thing although to be true World championships they need to be playing in Euope, Africa and the Far East/Australasia more often
