how many times do you play golf

Mostly once a week, with the odd twice a week thrown in
maybe a range session once a fortnight

Would help if I lived nearer my course of course

During the winter it can be only one a week, maybe two times a week if the weather isnt too bad (always a saturday and maybe a sunday)

During the summer/spring with the longer days I'll play 4/5 times a week. Every saturday and sunday. Then a couple of rounds during the week with friends at different courses.
 
At the moment once a week on a sat morning with the odd sunday.

In summer at least 2-3 round a week at my home course and one at my other course or an open some where.
 
Usually once a weekend winter or summer, twice if my wife is working or my son has a game. In the summer I'll also add one or two evening rounds which may be 9 or 18 depending on time/ light etc. I also add range sessions in there, maybe once a week or so at the moment, again, more in the summer depending on time - this all has to fit around my Aikido commitments (2-3 nights a week). I'm fortunate in that my wife and son both do Aikido and play golf, so we get to put as much time in as we want to.
 
Normally once a week, sometimes twice. If I move club it may be more as nearer home and set up is more condusive to a quick 9 after work.
 
I work shifts, 4 on 6 off, so i can get out pretty regular. 2 x 18 holes practice, and usually fridays and sundays winter league comp. I have a set routine for when i practice and what part of my game i work on.

For example. Even if i'm in good form with my short game and putting, i still work on it, and again, if my driving or longer iron game is not too clever i don't go a range (don't believe in them anymore) and smack the hell out of balls until they're long and straight. The pro at my club once said to me that "if most amatuer golfers could bring their range shots to the course they'd all be making a living from it would'nt they" and its so true.

You've got to get out there, simple as. Up hill lies, down hills, on leg in the bunker one out.
 
Through April til September I'll play 2 x 18 Hole rounds a week (One Midweek and One at the Weekend). The round during the week is at Taunton & Pickeridge GC (Our work has a corporate membership, so myself and 3 work mates go and play for £5). Then the weekend round is at my home course. I try to go the range at least once a week.

Through September to March I'll play once a month (that's if I am lucky) and I may hit the range once a fortnight. Playing football ona Saturday and having Sunday free to see the girlfriend or just chill out. I am a very fair weather golfer too, I don't see the point in going out and playing in the pouring rain on a very wet course! I don't play when the course is on temporary greens and I don't play in the frost either! This affects how much I play during the winter as well, as some weekends I have off football (I did last weekend) and I would of played golf if the course wasn't frozen!!!
 
Hi,
I play six times a week, rain is ok and wind is ok but strong wind with driving rain is a no. The west coast of Scotland is great today 8* and dry, off out to the course now.
