how many times do you play golf

hi,,,

I'm going golf about 5 times aweek 4 practice 1 comp & maybe go to golf range once

the problem is ive started to play at other courses on a sunday but i have to pay & all these courses are better than my club I'm playing 4 times a week now I'm getting a little picky, Tee box's not level etc but than I'm only paying 420 a year & these other courses are double or treble that so i can understand the difference's between courses

How many times a week do you play golf & do you get picky with your club if your go to other courses

Can't really manage more than weekend golf as I have to commute into London for work. So one a week at best, with plenty missed through weekends away etc.

Might make the range once a week in summer on a weeknight. Occasionally get a pass for a second game on the weekend from HID, but only if that's a game with her old man!

I enjoy playing golf anywhere, so playing better courses on away days doesn't make me think less of my club. You mainly get what you pay for, so not grumbling.

3 rounds a week minimum - never practise. In the summer months it's very often 11 or 12 rounds in a fortnight.

Once a week in the summer and twice a month in the winter. I try to get to the range once a week throughout the year. If I cant get to the range I will hit some in net in my back garden. Its going to be dificult to get to the range this week so I will be up in the net tonight (I have put a spot light up there).

once a week at weekends but that can vary due to overtime and spending time with the gf. If I have a week off I will try and get 3-4 rounds in.

I play other courses aswell and do find myself comparing to my home course and have to say whilst I enjoy some of them a lot I wouldnt want to be playing week in week out (or paying the membership costs associated with them)

I play one 18 hole round a week, usually in the comp although this time of year its 16 holes in winter league.

4 practice sessions a week including practice rounds of no more than 9 holes afterwards and a few trips to the range depending on weather.

Exactly the same as this. Once on a weekend if I can and squeeze in some 9 holes in the evening during the summer months whenever possible!

I never go to the range. Never have and don't think I ever will

I play five times a week in summer and at least three times weekly in winter. My local course is a pay and play and fortunately they have put a lot of work into it to get it up to a pretty good standard. During the week the course isn't too busy so I can often camp on a few holes and have a good practice. Can't say I am particularly fussy where I play - as long as I've got a target to aim at I'm happy.

Once on the weekend (18 holes), 9 holes thurs afternoon and 2 x 9 holes in the evenings come summer (light nights hurry up and get here!).
