DV 0 @ + and 5 cat 1

ours is the mens section, as i don't have access to the ladies i don't know how many of them are +, only know one who was a pro, but has am status back and one lady on the LET, but as stated she doesn't count

We don't have any. They wouldn't be + for long round our place with the css being 2 less than sss. Our course record is only 6 under too so no hope for them.

General Cat 1's yes but not + HC's. They rarely play their home course's comps, heard this from a +5 HC who plays at Glenbervie

I know a few and they hardly miss a medal tbh, just love playing competitive golf and have no aspirations to go any higher.

Regrettably none at the moment. Our lowest handicap players are 3, one of whom is a senior. We did have one young plus handicapper, but he has since turned pro.

We've got 2, a +1 and a +4.
The +1 is the son of a senior tour player, a great lad and hopefully will have some success but the +4 is a potential star of the future, he has just represented Europe in the victorious Bonallack Trophy team, plays for England, won all the junior events and is top 40 in the WAGR.
We also have 4 scratch players who variously go from +1 to 1, and I was surprised to see over 30 cat' 1 players. So the club seems to be in good shape.

At Bogside they have three and 10 who are scratch or better including the three plus guys.

There are 59 Category 1 golfers in total

our club used to have the highest amount of plus golfers in the uk , think it was over 15 at one time , not sure if that`s still the case . we have a team game against carnoustie and leven thistle gc which is 50 aside which normally is h`cap limit of 5 .

Yes, I see what you mean now. A scratch player has to shoot 2 under par to play to handicap and a plus handicapper even lower.

Thought we were going to be one of the "rubbish" clubs having only one +2 player. But seems we're about even with most clubs. He's a nice lad & hits it miles - someone once reeled off the list of holes where he's driven the green. Most of them I can't reach with two good hits.

We have a young lad joined at +0.2. He's the only one.

I played against him in a greensomes comp this weekend. Hits it miles, but as they almost always took his drives I didn't see him play many approaches.

He had quite an idiosyncratic swing, which just goes to show....

Just the 1.(Male) Plays of +1.0. We have a load of scratch golfers and a ladies golfer that was off +1.0 but had a bad year and is back off 1. She's a stunning player though and thankfully get to play with her quite a bit.
We have 27 Cat1 golfers, including me. Although that could be 26 as we are back to qualifiers this weekend, knocking on cat2 atm.

I tell a lie, she is back off -0.4 and another ladies off -0.6. So we have 2 Plus handicappers
