I make a lot of pars

Not really a birdie machine or drop in big numbers

Quite consistent

Certainly give myself plenty of chances of birdies but don't take enough but scramble for pars well

I'm normally pretty steady with pars. How well I score in total will depend on whether or not I make a couple of birdies and keeping doubles off.

Aiming to get to level of a bogey golfer so average is low per round, best is about 6-7 but that was ages ago on an easy course so I clicked 0-3

I should get 12 pars & 6 bogies per round, but I normally get a 1 or 2 birdies and the odd additional bogey or double bogey - so I've said 10-11 on average.

got to love scoresaver...

I average:

5.4 pars per round
0.6 birdies per round
1.3 penalty shots per round

Sounds about right to me. Need to keep doubles off the score card and get the handicap down.

I voted 4-5. We have some par fives that are reasonably easy to hit in regulation (doesn't mean it's guranteed), a couple of shortish par four and a very short par 3. The problem is I'll chuck some doubles (maybe higher) in there as well. No consistency

Not sure as I don't keep a record and try to keep away from statistics. However, I do remember playing in a comp a few years ago and I had 17 pars and a double bogey. The double was on the 5th.

According to my last 10 rounds on game golf I average 1 birdie, 6 pars, 7 bogeys, 3 doubles & 1 worse than double which sounds about right for a 15 handicap. Just need to change that 3+ into a par and target of 12 will be reached in no time!

I'm good for about 11 or 12 pars on average and need to throw in a few birdies to make the good scores.... And keep doubles off the card of course.

Whilst I'm up there with the pars I also tend to run 4 doubles a round as well - which is what's keeping the handicap the extra 3-4 shots higher these days.
