I used to be able to do this reasonably easily when I used a balance board as physio for a busted ankle. Now I can't even get past 10 seconds (though I do have a stinking cold, which may not be helping)
If the balance translated into handicap I would be off about +6!
Tried it but the flexi hose wasn't long enough to stretch above my head!My Physio had me doing this for rehab on my snapped achilles last year. I really struggle with my eyes closed can do it no bother with them open but a tip he gave me was to practice this while having a shower its even harder with water running on your head. I cant do it over my leg because it will never be right but you should try this yourself.....
