Not great. First round of the summer league. Was playing steady until 7, I was level with my handicap when it took me 3 to get out of an easy bunker on our drivable Par 4 for a tripple. Then went dbl, bogy, dbl. at 8, 9 and 10. 9 and 10 I don't get shots on.
So went from level to 7 over in the space of 4 holes. Pulled it back a bit on the back 9 but then 4 putt from about 10ft on the long par 3 17th for a 5.
Finished 9 over handicap. Par was 71. CSS 73 !!!
Played Sunday in the swindle and it was howling at out place. Played awful and finished with 88. Could have been 98 if it wasn't for some good scrambling.
I've gone from all parts of my game being pretty much where I wanted to being all over the shop.
