Everything has been going along nicely but recently my driver and other woods are all snap-hooks.

I literally have no idea why this is happening, the only difference between my woods and irons is that the woods have much smaller grips than my irons.

Any help ? If it continues to happen I may give you a video of my matt kuchar-like swing

By smaller grips! Do you mean thinner. If so you have answer your own question. Thinner grips will make you release though the ball more.

You say recently you've started to snap hook. That would suggest it's not the thin grips if you weren't hooking them before.
I would suspect a lack of turn that's causing the problem.
You start to hook because you fear a hook. You stop turning to stop it going left which makes it worse.
Make sure you turn your left side hard out of the way and that should help.
