"Homer Style" round review......

3 putted the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 9th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th (from 8 feet!)and 17th.

We know a man who can help

;) ;)

My putting stroke was perfection.
It was the fecking greens.
Left the putter with the pro who is cutting 2" off the shaft for me.
It will fit in the dustbin better.

Oh and a funky new grip. The one that's on there at the moment feels like a slimey newt.

;) ;) ;)

unlucky smiffy, there is nothing worse than bad greens, and ours are shite at moment.
good idea to cut down putter, done mine twice, both after wins :Dput a massive grip on as well, but i feel i am over the ball.
you will soon be back down, it only needs one good round, but on the bright side, you will get more shots at the meets
shagster

I'd like to show some sympathy, but no, can't do it.

13!

You don't practice, you don't have lessons, you don't play that often, you've got a shonky swing, you're old, and you can't putt. What do you expect to happen?

When was the last time you shot 10 over par? or even broke 38 points?

May be you should ask for a h/cap review and get a few more shots back.

As an aside, is golf the only sport where the worse you play, the better your chances of winning next time out?

Thats certainly the way to make someone feel better Murph lmfao

Are you after tipping him over the edge?

Smiffy unlucky with the golf mate i know how you feel but am sorely dissapointed with no blow by blow account of your round .
What the weather was like what you were wearing how many toilet breaks you had etc etc.

:( :( :( :( :(

I'm not after sympathy.
Certainly not yours, you wanker

Maybe it was down to the golfing gods.
Perhaps they've had a bad day too and everyone who played today had a nightmare.
I'll bet you no-one scored more than 40 points today. :D

Harsh...... but fair.

Seriously though, why do you think with no work put in you are suddenly going to shoot under your h/cap? Especially in one particular round, rather than a random roll up?

Murph does have a point smiffy, no practice and no effort hardly builds a good game. add that and the white trousers together with the senior clubs your using and its all heading in the wrong direction

Bad luck and that puting stat is dismal but look on the bright side. A few years back I too crossed the divide to cat 3. Result:

A shot on the shortest par 5 on the course so lots of 3 points and the odd 4 pointer in the s/ford comps.

I was the lowest h/capper and therefore by definition the best golfer in the 3rd team. People would actually ask me for advice and I wasn't being duffed up by kids playing off 6 like I had been in 2nd team.

Did feel nice to get back to 12 though.

Hey Smiffy

It could be worse Mate

Us "true" Hackers in Cat 4 look upon you cat 3 guys with green eyed envy

Besides 1 good round and you'll be back in Cat 2

Do you want to buy my chipper?

:D :D
