holidays

Havent played on my previous visits but definitely getting a game this year:)

Which courses would you recommend?

Depends on your budget but there are so many, I enjoyed Metro West and Grande Pines with Grande Pines my favourite so far. I've also played Providence, Falcons Fire, Hunters Creek, Highland Reserve which are all decent enough.

Are you taking your own sticks?

Fly to Calgary, drive to Banff, play golf, drive the Icefields Parkway through the Rockies to Jasper, play golf. Come back through Lake Louise. Get internal flight to Vancouver, and drive the Sea to Sky Highway to Whistler and play golf.

Beautiful country lovely people, fantastic in summer, fantastic in Winter

Now your talking - the best holiday ever!

Just going to hire clubs at whatever course i play, im only going to play 1 maybe 2 rounds so the cost and risk involved in taking my own wont be worth it, plus i hear the hire clubs are of good quality anyway.

When in may are you going? We could have a forum meet over there:D

Thanks for the replies. She said she fancies going to egypt but i'm trying to change her mind and head to the states instead. I've been looking at doing west coast america, vegas, san francisco and los angeles over a 2 week period. I think she is coming round to my idea. I'll let you know how i get on haha.

Heading out May 21st and if you fancy a game the no probs by me. Hire clubs are decent quality to be fair but never the same as playing with your own, especially where a wee wedge around the green is needed
