fish if you google your mail providers junk filter settings. I take it you arent using microsoft outlook?

Open the mail in the spam folder and click on the not spam button on the top row of options, it "should" learn though failing that you can add the address to your contacts https://support.google.com/mail/answer/8933

I've just mentioned this in Mikes new topic/thread, all mine have stopped and are nowhere to be found!
