Interesting point regarding the range mats, our course has been brick hard for weeks and my mate often hits the ground which could explain the heads loosening. just a thought.
He's aren't put together in a Chinese factory. They are made in the tour van properly. Can you imagine just what it would do to the reputation of TM if it did happen though.Although this has only re-enforced my feelings about TM, shoddy workmanship. Now that I think about it, I played with someone in the medal last year whoes head flew off his TM burner driver at the 9th hole!! It was less than 48 hours old!
I think there may be a common denominator here!
Can you imagine darren clarke comming down the last at st Andrews in the open this year needing a birdie to win and the head flies off his driver!! Now that would be funny! (unless I had money on him!)
I agree, if snainton need to speak to Tm then they do it after they have supplied you with either a refund or a new set of clubs. You have no contract with Tm your contract of sale is with Snainton,You did not buy from TM, you should make this clear that you know your rights and don't let them get away with itTell Snaiton that you want them picked up now, why does he need to speak to TM he is responsible in the first instance, it is up to him once he has made you happy to seek a refund from TM.
I have always said TM are shoddy and gimicky
It shouldn't happen when you are paying the kind of money a new set costs these days, how much worse can it be, the heads are flying off. If that is not a case for refund what is?I am not a fan of TM, but I don't think this is cause for return and refund. It happens and can be easily fixed.
Ethan, a somewhat different case imo.
colint's are unplayable and potentially hazardous to those around him. How can he confidently use these clubs the way that is intended with the knowledge that they are unsafe.
something that should be stressed in your dealings with snainton and TM.
