Head moving on short putts

As the post states I am peeping on putts of about 2 feet. My head is going up and of course I am pulling the putts.

terrible I know and apart from keeping my head still and looking at a spot on the ball/behind the ball any suggestions please?

Close your eyes is a common one.

From very close range, then actually look at the hole before/as you putt then you wont be redjusting your sight

David Howell went through a bad putting spell.
Howard Swash got him to look at the hole for putts under 8 feet.
Worked a treat for him and got him to 10th in the world rankings.
Probably needs to do it again!

Don't look, listen for the putt dropping

That's my method. Also ensuring that, after I've struck the ball, I am looking at the grass that was under the ball before I struck it.

Just think about it as you are about to start the shot and the extra thought should work.

I find that if you put your feet together you just move your shoulders and everything else stays still. the one firm base is really good in my opinion. The thing of looking at the spot where the ball was is really helpful.
