Taken Sky up on their free offer of Sky+HD and had it installed on Sunday. HimID wanted to use the PS3 last night and we've discovered that our TV only has one HDMI socket and the sky box is connected. What do we need to buy so we can have both plugged in. Can anyone recommend a splitter - think that's what they're called  Ta

i would ensure you get one that is "auto" that way it will recognise when the PS3 is turned on, and auto switch to it. i still have a rubbish manual one, and you actually have to get up! rubbish... i am using as i broke a HDMI lead after i had plastered them into the wall "permanently!" doh!

wouldnt think so. my manual one is not powered. would think you only need power if you are sending it a long way... ie a 10m cable, but still should be fine. imagine "auto" ones may need power for obvious reasons..
