HD freesat - where does it go?

Has anyone the first idea what is going on with my freesat HD.

It comes on two channels (108 BBC and 119 ITV). When it works, the signal quality is 9 or 10/10 and signal strength is 10/10.

and yet....half the time, I switch to freesat and get a black screen (of death!) and the message "no signal".

My dish is professionally installed etc.

Where does it go? I'd quite like to watch the world cup and wombledin in HD.

was it a freesat install or was original sky dish then connect freesat box.

u need to auto tune for channels and save the profile

original sky dish (never used, but aligned) now connected to Panasonic TV with in-built freesat.

Did it not do this when I first started?

Anyway....doing it again as I post.

try digitalspy.co.uk forums, i think that bbc and itv come from a different sattelite, which is nearly the same as sky but not. again try digital spy
