Played my usual friday bounce game today. Had 10 minutes in the indoor nets before going out, and made a bit of a swing change in terms of follow through (after watching golf on tv at the gym on thursday night).

Front nine shot 3 over, which was pretty cool, but ran into the back of a society on 8, when it started to get a bit slow.

Bogeyed 10, after being waved through. They could have let us through on the tee, but decided to mess about looking for all 4 balls for 4 minutes before accepting that they would have to.

Parred round to 14, when I realised that a birdie and 3 pars would equal my best ever score of 75.

Missed 6 ft birdie putt on 15, after being waved through another 4 ball.

Birdied par 3 16th with a 7 ft putt from off the green.

Pared 17 from off the green, having waited 10 minutes on the tee, due to very slow society.

75 still on, so still happy.

15 minutes on 18th tee, while 4 in front look for 3 lost balls.

Snap hook into trees, scuff 2nd from under tree, scuff 3rd from bundu, 4 onto fairway, 5 rocket onto practice ground, 6 awesome recovery over fir trees with lob wedge to 7ft, 7 double bogey putt for a 77.

Best score for two years. Could have been better.

Medal on Sunday. Hope I play as well. Happy, still not sure.

Could have been a lot worse!
Lighten up. you'll score better when there aren't so many distractions.

Back to reality today. 99. Blimey, couldn't be more different.

Better than Adam though. 8 points stableford off 14. Oops.
