If someone isn't a member of a club can they still monitor and update their handicap on the England golf app.

I think that'll happen soon, but will they be allowed to compete in open comps, if they're not a member of a recognised club

I also assume they will need a marker with the app, so not much use to single nomads.

That will depend on the club organising the open, they are able to state who can and can’t enter.
