ISV apps as well - needs to be someone registered
If you didn’t have someone registered on EG to attest your card via the app then it would open even more doors for manipulation than it does now
Presumably letting your club know beforehand that you are going to put a general play card in, otherwise how are you complying with the pre-registration requirement.As mentioned above, just get your mate to sign the card and then put it in at your home club afterwards, job done.
