If you didn’t have someone registered on EG to attest your card via the app then it would open even more doors for manipulation than it does now

I never use the IG app so never check their rules.

It is a bit weird as the card can be put in via the PSI screen. County told us we only need to check a random sample of cards, plus their is no requirement on a card to name the marker they just need to sign and the state of most signatures ........

As mentioned above, just get your mate to sign the card and then put it in at your home club afterwards, job done.

If your friend is not a member of a golf club he can no longer be trusted to attest a score. Essentially he is worthless and undesirable.

Presumably letting your club know beforehand that you are going to put a general play card in, otherwise how are you complying with the pre-registration requirement.
